March for Mumia may use such photographs and videos in publications or other media material produced prior to, during and after the March, used, or contracted by March for Mumia including but not limited to printed materials, media interviews and reports, websites, etc. By participating in the March, you are agreeing to release March for Mumia and its organizers from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

March for Mumia is not responsible for the safety of individuals participating in the march. By choosing to participate in the March, you are agreeing to release and hold harmless March for Mumia and its organizers from any liability for personal injury or property damage or loss during the March.
